EFT in January
I've just finished all the ATPL exams
and can finally get back to the enjoyable (expensive) part.
I'm off to EFT on Jan 4th for 2 months.
For anybody who's been there before can they recommend places to go out and anything you would have done if you had to do it again.
If anybody else is out there at the same time and wants to meet up for a drink send me a private message.
FIS
PS. These forums obviously tend to show more negative comments but credit where credit is due to OATS. I passed all the ATPL subject first time averaging 94% due to good notes, excellent brushups and lots of relevant feedback (oh and hard work
).

I did the following:
Get to work 1 hour early and do 1 hour of study in peace and quiet.
Got out of the office for 1 hour at lunch and studied.
Absolutely no studying at the weekend otherwise it would really get me down.
i.e. 10 hours per week.
This took me 4 months to do one phase.
My advice is get into a routine and only look as far as the next frame otherwise you will cry too much and wet your notes.
Also, if you come across a certain area that you are stuck on, just skip it and ask at the brushup. I got hung up on Grid navigation.
Good luck.
