I was recently unsuccessful at the BA Final Board. I phoned up to get some feedback but they told me I had to ask for it in writing. So I wrote to them but have not heard anything for a long time.

Does anyone have the number to ring to get feedback as I was phoning the main recruitment switchboard.

Seems to me they deal with different people in different ways. I think they just hope you'll give up. I rang for feedback (the main recruitment line) and was told to e-mail the person who sent my rejection letter. So I did. A couple of weeks later I got a call from the HR guy who interviewed me, to arrange a 'phone appointment to discuss my failings.

The feedback he gave was very detailed and useful, so it's worth persevering. You do deserve to get feedback, so don't give up!
