Pyschological/aptitude testing at SIAP Norway

Anyone had any experience of this organisation? Have visited their website but don't really know what to expect. I'm new to this game. . .As for aptitude/psycho testing in general, someone mentioned in a posting last year that there are websites where you can see sample tests, but the one I looked at wanted to charge about $50. Any ideas?
