Flyer Flight Training Show - any feedback?
Reading the earlier post about who was and wasn't attending on saturday, (and more importantly - where to meet for a drink afterwards!!!) I was wondering if those of you who attended on the day found it helpful and worth the entry fee?
Any feedback on who / what the good, bad and ugly were, and any helpful advice gained on the day would be much appreciated!

I think the more information you have the better off you are so it was definitely worth the money.
I found the study techniques quite useful as I've never really had a technique! The upshot was that you should never really study for more than 20 to 50 mins at a time (alter this time for personal preference) . Take a 10 minute break and then review what you were studying. This gives a good 24 hour recall period.
The next day you should review what you studied the day before and this extends the recall period.
The key to learning is to:
1) Understand
2) Recall
3) Review
And of course, the absolute rule when it comes to exams...READ THE QUESTION VERY CAREFULLY...The question very often contains half the answer!
