Isn't this fun!?
Age: 26
Living: I spent my flat deposit money on flight training, so I'm residing at my dad's place until I get the ATPL's out the way...13 down, one to go; PoF to resit after a misjudgement in my revision schedule. Off to Bournemouth to do my CPL/IR asap!
Flying: 165 hours, give or take.
Salary: I've made a conscious decision to keep it at zero until I've completed my IR. I have weak moments and do the odd day/week back at my old firm - it's paid for a jolly to Florida to do my MEP Rating and a spot of sky-drilling.
18 months time: who knows? I have an ongoing fantasy involving the pilotage of rickety old death traps around Africa. I need to do something to tell the grandkids about!

House: Mine, shared with wife and 3 children.
Training: CPL, IR in the next 2 weeks, 200+ hours and all of those lovely JAA exams passed (from where I sit I dont understand why I had any problems with any of them).
Salary: Self sponsored so zero but I used to be well off.
18 months time: Hopefully a coalminer as they seem to have better long term employment prospects in the UK.

Living In Australia, at home still... saving whatever I can.
Flying FO Turboprop, Frozen ATPL (Almost Full ATPL), 1600hrs Total about 1200 Turboprop.
18 Months Ultimate goal to be with Qantas or Cathay, if not with a major, the Left Seat in my current job would be nice.

Occupation: F/O Large UK Charter (mid seniority after 4 years with company)
Salary: 6
18 Months: The amount of time it took me to find my job in the first place. As for the future, it seems a long time away and the industry is changing a great deal at the moment. Prospects from stagnant to very good, but the grass always looks greener elsewhere.

Well, not very exciting but here I am:
AGE: 22
LIVE: Lucky enough to be living with my Parents.
TRAINING: CAA PPL (A). 300Hours TT (I got these working as a Tug Driver). Currently working towards an FAA CPL. I am using the ASA books. Can anyone recommend other good reading?
OCCUPATION: HGV 1 Driver
SALARY: 4 (It yoyos between the limits depending on how many hours I put in). I am away all week living on about £20, so I am saving quite nicely for my practical training.
18 MONTHS: Hmmm. I hope to be in the process of saving money to go out to Botswana to look for work (read "I hope to be" on that one!).
Cheers, Bill
