I have completed and sent the application form for the ATP Scheme a few days ago and I just received a letter saying that I got accepted for the next phase of selection- Phase 2.
I know the phase two is about a "personal presentation", "group discussions", "screening activities", "computer based tests" and "academics and aviation knowledge tests
I would appreciate any info about this phase.
How do I get prepared? Is time for me to start studying again?
I got some notes on this site about the ATP Scheme but I think the selection process has changed a little bit and the notes are not amended.
Thank you.

There will be a good introduction to the scheme itself.
Be prepared to make a presentation about yourself to other candidates and CTC staff (you dont have to stand up!)
Candidates will be broken down into two smaller teams to complete topical group discussions. A number of topics will be introduced by staff.
Preparation? Get upto speed on your mental maths (forms part of the computer based testing), hand/foot/eye co-ordination, etc.
There was nothing too technical when I was there (i.e. no tests on AGK). Might be asked to analyse various airport approach plates.
Thoroughly enjoyable day!
