Appealing during Exam [EASA]

How does appealing works?
(It's my first sitting)

Hi everybody!!
Currently getting ready for Comms, Air Law and Ops.

There is a series of questions that until May 2025 had a response, but rules have changed since.
(regarding what should a pilot do if radar vectored and comms lost - used to be level for 7 minutes, and then adjust speed and level and follow flight plan, now its 20 minutes)
- change in the SERA regulations of May 2025.
Recent reports say that this has been corrected in Air Law and Ops, but Comms responses are still being evaluated by the 7 minute rule.

How should one proceed?
Respond 7 minutes because a couple days ago people said it still was the correct answer
Respond 20 minutes because it's the correct answer and appeal

How does one Appeal?
How does the process works?

Thanks in advance, everybody!

Many many EASA and CAA exam answers are just plain wrong. (My pet hate was anything related to aerodynamics, which were utter garbage most of the time - and yes I have a PhD in Aerospace Engineering, so I'm qualified to say that).

You need to know what the examiners were thinking, and answer according to their mindsets.

It really shouldn't be that way, but it is.
