Modules at different ATOs in different countries

Hi all,

I’m thinking about spreading out my training steps at different ATOs across various EASA countries, mainly to save costs and take advantage of better weather. For example:
  • PPL in Spain,
  • ATPL theory in Poland,
  • Night Rating in Italy,
  • other modules elsewhere.
Since it’s all under EASA, everything should transfer and be recognized. But my question is: could this approach negatively affect my future job prospects with airlines? Or do recruiters mostly care that it’s EASA-approved and properly logged, regardless of where each part was done?
