CAA proposed PPL changes and further licenses

Hi everyone,

With the proposed changes from the CAA providing a pathway from NPPL(A) to PPL and crediting of hours.

I was wondering how this then may apply to any further licences. E.g. CPL
I know microlight hours can't be credited, but what about SEP hours, would these be taken into account? Also with the proposals to allow IMC on top of NR for an NPPL, would these ratings transfer onto the new PPL?

Thanks.
