EASA flight schools in the US.

I came across this flight school (European flight training, located in Florida): https://www.flyeft.com/airline-pilot...rack-programme, which looks really nice to me! Good price and they give you an EASA license.

I would love to do my flight training in the US, also for the experience as I have never been there before.
Are there any good EASA flight schools in the US you recommend?

Hillsboro Aero Academy near Portland Oregon does, or at least should shortly be doing, EASA fixed-wing courses. Some of those could be done under an F-1 visa, meaning the right to work part-time in the States while studying and full-time for about 2 years afterwards.

A colleague’s son trained at FIT aviation in Melbourne, Florida which has a very good reputation - I don’t know if they still do EASA, I assume so. His son stayed on the university campus which apparently was a lot of fun.

Certainly better than the UK weather wise!

FIT has excellent facilities. The Director of Flight Operations, Nick Clarke, is extremely approachable and has an elphantine memory.
