Conducting test on Dutch license holder

Hey guys,

I'm an Examiner with an approval 'To perform skills tests, checks etc in accordance with Part-FCL' issued by Denmark.

I have been contacted by a chap with a Dutch license and asked to re validate his SEP by test....

Just to keep myself right, am I allowed to do this test with him? Obviously I have to adhere to all the Dutch requirements (i.e. reading their examiners briefing and sending them notification of the test).
