Certified 73Max sims in Europe?

Could anyone tell me how many 737 Max Level D Sims are currently certified in Europe? It isn't easy to find this sort of data. I assume there are not any certified at a lower level?

Many thanks

No simulators are certified and I suspect all of them have had their qualifications expired.

MPS and others had had their lower level devices qualified before the grounding I believe.
