Best Recommendations to do EASA license

Hi Ladies and Gents,

If one were looking at getting an EASA license done, where would one start looking? Looking for recommendations in Europe as I hold an Italian passport. I currently have an ICAO ATPL with 5000 hours flying PIC on 737s. Any schools anyone can recommend to contact for info on getting it done.

Thanks in advance
