Ticking all the boxes (Feedback)

Hoping I could get some feedback/more info on my current plan - mostly to ensure I'm not missing anything and that overall it makes me a strong candidate.

I hold an FAA CPL IR with roughly around 500 hours - I am not current in my IR so expecting to do this from scratch in Europe.

Currently
  1. Working through ATPL Theory (distance learning)- objective to complete within next 12 months.
    1. Planning to complete Austrocontrol instead of CAA exams
  2. Converting FAA to EASA CPL (fATPL)
    1. (School TBD in 6 months time - any recommendations in UK?)
  3. Then MEIR
    1. (School TBD in 6-8 months time - any recommendations in UK?)
  4. Then followed by an MCC/JOC or MCC APS?
    1. (Any recommendations for schools?)
  5. Then debating a Type Rating
    1. Thoughts on this?
Is there anything else you think I'm missing, should consider or would be good to have?

Thanks!
