English Proficiency Test in another EU state

Does anyone know if its possible to do an ESP test in another EU state. Right now I live in poland and my medical is irish with the goal of getting the PPL/cpl from ireland. Does that mean I have to go to ireland just to do the english test?

The information is all on the IAA website.
