What is the best IFR procedures online trainer or App

I am soon to start my IR training. I have seen that there are a plethora of online trainers and Apps (RANT XL, FLY - GO, VOR tracker etc). Does anyone have any advice on which are particularly good or bad? I have a military non procedural rating so need to start from scratch on the procedural elements. Thanks

I was using IFR Simulator on my android phone and it worked perfectly

I used X-Plane on a computer to practice. The apps may be OK, but a computer I feel is better esp. with loading approaches, departures, holdings, etc. You do not need a joystick and ruddeer pedals, but they help.

I was practicing IFR on my PC using P3D with the installed C172 G1000. In my opinion, you don't need anything else than this.
