Quickest/Cheapest place to do EASA ATPL Theory in EU

Hi,

I took some time away from flying and as such didn't renew my IR within the EASA time restraints so need to complete my ATPL Theory again, i now only hold and EASA CPL with VFR comms credit!

As i would like to get this done as quickly as possible via distance learning can anyone recommend the quickest and cheapest place in the EU member states to do this? I last did my course with BGS and the exams in the UK, this was back in 2006, have there been many changes to the examination techniques or process?

£1475 with us for a PPL holder, £1000 or so for a CPL holder
