European pilot academy (Malta)/ Falcon alliance

Hello!

I'v been looking for training opportunities in Malta and Southern Europe. I came across European pilot academy or as they refer themselves EPA. I found threads about this school from over 10 years ago but no recent threads have been made.
So my question is the following... Does anyone have any information on this school as is it any good and do they really offer high quality training as they are saying they do? I know that these small schools and cheap prices are a red flag and I know investing more money for quality is advised but I do not have over 100k to spend on training + living. They offer 0-ATPL at around 60k price. I was in contact with their representative Matthew Rota "Business Development". I might be going to pay a visit to their school as it is not such a huge investment.
