Ground exercise

Is someone able to tell how does the group exercise go? I know that we will be given a topic, which we have to discuss about. Does it usually involve presenting it to the assessors? Any information is appreciated

In the military, they just give you an impossible task then sit back and watch who hangs back, who gets involved, who has a go (or not), etc.

Yep, and it's usually something ridiculous, it's a test of how you interact without others (leadership, passive etc) and whether you are willing to participate and follow a brief, or if you think you're too good to bother.
