Ground exercise
 

Is someone able to tell how does the group exercise go? I know that we will be given a topic, which we have to discuss about. Does it usually involve presenting it to the assessors? Any information is appreciated :ok:

In the military, they just give you an impossible task then sit back and watch who hangs back, who gets involved, who has a go (or not), etc.

Yep, and it's usually something ridiculous, it's a test of how you interact without others (leadership, passive etc) and whether you are willing to participate and follow a brief, or if you think you're too good to bother.
