ATPL preferred order to take the exams
Hello everyone!
Does any of you have an opinion on the best order to take the exams? I'll clarify: it is possible that some subjects become easier if you already studied other ones, so possibly there are some exams that would be helpful to better go through the material of later exams.
Is there an average agreement on what subjects are "harder" and what easier? I'm planning to take the 14 over 5 sessions (5 months), it would be good to distribute, let's say, the 5 hardest subjects on different months each.
Let me know what you think!

Don't put the hardest one for last. Anyway this is my order:
1st session
-Human Performance
-Principles of Flights
-Aircraft General Knowledge
-Instrumentation
2nd session
-Air Law
-Operational Procedures
-Meteorology
-Radio Navigation
-IFR&VFR communications (I passed these on the first session)
3rd session
-General Navigation
-Mass&Balance
-Performance
-Flight Planning
This is the order used by Phil Croucher in EASA Professional Pilot Studies and this order aims to cover and crossover the subjects in an optimal way and it has worked for me so far. The first ones are the boring ones (at least for me... ), the second ones are somewhat more relevant to the pilots' role in my opinion and the third ones are the practical ones.

Only 30-40% of the G Nav exam is actual knowledge. The rest is application of that knowledge - in those terms, it is very practical. G Nav is mainly a maths exam using navigation as a background.

When I did mine back in 2011, we did Met, PoF, Perf, M&B & FP in the first phase (1 of 2).
Although a subjective opinion, I found that doing those (particularly, Met, PoF, & Perf) made the rest of the course much easier. Those three subjects in my opinion teach you an awful lot which you can carry over to many other subjects.
Being taught them first made my learning curve much flatter than it would have been otherwise.
