This is the order used by Phil Croucher in EASA Professional Pilot Studies and this order aims to cover and crossover the subjects in an optimal way and it has worked for me so far. The first ones are the boring ones (at least for me... ), the second ones are somewhat more relevant to the pilots' role in my opinion and the third ones are the practical ones.
I'm not sure if I would call GenNav a "practical" one or RadioNav "relevant"
