never done online I’m surprised they are I’m wondering what they are doing to prevent cheating, in any case it’s mostly GCSE based physics and the maths primarily speed distance time, pythagoras , fuel burn calculations. bearing/orientation questions Essentially you need your multiplication and division skills to be sharp read the questions carefully plenty of trick questions e.g 1.25 hrs is 1hr15 mins be fluid with swapping between mins and hours. Generally I find you may be better off starting from the hardest (question 20) and work back as they are weighted with the final 5 bringing the most marks. If you really dont know dont waste time move on and come back the clocks tick fast. The rest like ball test is hand eye coordination there are places like latestpilotjobs.com where you can practice and yes the left and right are reversed and controlled by twisting the joystick... the fasst test again is practicable but you need to have the ability cant really be trained as such... keep calm and focus. Let us know how you get on... I possibly would have suggested a bit of prep time would be sensible if you fail its 3 months so you will have the experience and will know where to practice. p.s the other tests are listening memory and cognitive reasoning tests some things you kind of have or you don’t... but pay attention to detail!

“A little incongruous”
You can’t blame ATOs for attempting to drum up business; it is survival time after all, and marketing departments do need to think of creative if not imaginative ways to entice the punter through the door.
For a start, make no charge for the selection process. Do you really need one anyway?
A cosy chat will a seasoned aviator will assess “the cut of their jib”.
And have lunch with the prospective student / group ~ a relaxed form of group interview.
Minimum 5 GCSEs / five NAT 5s (Scottish) including maths and english,
2 ‘A’ levels / 3 Scottish Highers (lower 6th exams)
[“A” equate to Advanced Highers]
It will become obvious within the first month of groundschool who are the “training risks” or real ‘no hopers’ : [sorry ~ never say never]
This is in effect a 4 week interview.
As one old hairy ex Nav groundschool instructor said to me when I was a new QFI at BAe flying college, PIK
“if they are thick at the groundschool, they will be thick at the flying”.
So true.

I don’t doubt for one minute that you will have customers who eventually see the light, and do well.
I can think of one “cross over” who went helicopters to fast jet, and did a tour with the Red Arrows.

Math part
hi I’ve a question regarding the part of math especially in the fuel consumption rate calculation, can you explain in more detail how can I understand better the subject, I have already done the stage 2 exam and I fail in the math part, and I’m surely that I fail in the consumption fuel rate can you help me understand better this topic. Just out of interest, when did you leave school,
and what grades in Maths & Physics did you achieve in GCSE / A levels or their equivalents (in Mexico ~ if that really is your location??)
Don't worry, you will have least 2 / 3 years to fine tune your skills.

CAE easyjet MPL symbolic practice test
Hi, I have been going many practise test for my upcoming assessment and I my results are gradually increasing. is 74% good for the maths test,80% for the physics and 72% on the flight test.
My sten score for my maths is 6, physics is 8 and for the flight test I am above average. Are these results good enough for me to pass the assessment?
