Flight Schools in South Florida

I'm a U.S. resident, PPL with ~120 hoursTT 50+ XC PIC. I'm a self-pay student making $9.50/hr looking for a small, affordable, decent flight school. Well, at least wondering if such a place exists. I got my private done at a small FBO/Flight school. The planes, although old, are extremely well maintained, have dual garmin 430's, facilities are immaculate, students can fly as often as they want, they offer both 141 and 61, and the staff are very nice. Rates for single are $150/hr dual in a PA28-161 (cheaper than most in the area). However, there's a lot of shady business going on and most of their best instructors have moved on to big boy jobs. There have been issues with some of the new instructors being unable to perform to PTS.I'm just wondering if there's a similar school in the area that cares more about training safe, capable pilots instead of keeping a bunch of wealthy brats and their parents happy.
Should I just deal with it and try to get my instrument and single engine commercial ASAP?
I have about $9,000 dollars saved up so far. It took me 7 months to earn, so I'm very hesitant to dish it out. I fly a plane I can use for free for hour building, but am not allowed to log dual in it.
