ICAO to JAR ATPL
Hello Gentlemen,
I have an Indian ATPL with PIC rating and jet time... How do I go about converting that to a JAR ATPL?
I did use the search function and google to see that there are 14 papers that I need to clear within a span of 2 years. I am not able to find out if there are a few papers that I could "skip" since I have a ICAO state ATPL.
In addition, I couldn't figure how to have my existing rating endorsed on the JAR ATPL.

It's 14 papers, and you have 18 months to complete from the end of the month in which you take your first exam. No exemptions!
If you have over 1000 hours in a multi crew environment and an ATPL you are exempt formal training although you would be very unwise to take the exams without some preparation.
Any aircraft you have 500 hours and are current on can be used for a type rating with an lpc, no formal conversion required.
CAP 804 refers, and as always the above may have been changed in the last twenty minutes.
Excuse any punctuation errors, I'm using the useless keyboard on an ipad
