Arrow Live or let Die ?

Well I'm facing a dilemma ! I have 150 Hours TT with a multi-engine rating that is due to expire in 3 months. I'll be starting the CPL in 6 months time and then will follow with the Multi I/R >>>>>>>>> So Shall I keep my MUlti rating valid and fly 20-30 hours or shall I use the cash for better use knowing that the I/R will include multi???

Any imput will be well appreciated !

These class ratings can easily be revived
unless lapsed for greater than 5 years
It just a quick flight and a form zapped
off to Gatwick no charge no hassle
no worries...

Save the dosh you will need it..

Thumbs up

JL, RVR,

Thanks for the advice ! I think it makes great sense now. Yeah I understand that flying, whether it's in a single or multi is like bycicle ! you never forget !!!

Question

Not like I've been there or anything (I wish!), but I was talking to some self-improver FI's who were about to do their IR's, a couple of years ago, and they seemed to think that a ME IR automatically gave you your ME rating too. Am I wrong?
