just starting out...

Can anyone give me some advice?
I've just finished a CPL course in the USA, have 235 hours, (50 on on a multi-engine), a frozen ATPL and a ME IR. I want to build some more hours and was wondering what my chances would be with air taxi companies here in the UK? Would they employ someone with my very limited experience or would insurance costs be too high?
If so, does anyone know any companies who are recruiting at the moment?
Any info and advice for someone with my qualifications would be greatly appreciated.
