Dauntless QB for the JAA PPL/IR

Following a recommendation I've been looking on their website but they talk of 10 exams.

The PPL/IR is 7 exams.

I've started a dialogue with them (they communicate only over their silly web based helpdesk system) and it was inconclusive; they did not answer the question and have now deleted the discussion.

Does anybody know how this could possibly work?

Currently I am using this one but I strongly suspect their PPL/IR QB is out of date, because I am seeing a lot of questions which belong into the 14-exam ATPL set.

I also looked into Peters Software but they won't discuss their IR product.

I found the flyingexam website was adequate to get through the PPL/IR Air Law, HPL, Met, and IR Comms exams. It and the sample questions and answers I got from Bournemouth GTS as part of the Module 1 course covered everything that came up in the actual exams. I did have a look at several of the Q&A sites and decided that they all looked pretty much the same in terms of content, although the presentation varied greatly with flyingexam probably being the worst in that sense (question layout, spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, etc). It did however have the advantage of being cheaper and one payment got me access to all the subjects for enough time to cover both course modules. If you're studying with GTS, I think you get a free login to it. Roger at GTS is able to update the flyingexam question bank, so if you cared enough, you could get more of the ATPL questions removed from the IR list.

IR questions

The majority of IR student pilots in the UK use CATS. CATS Global Landing Page

You can check this out with PPL IR Europe PPL/IR Europe - Home
If you have not joined this group yet it is a good one full of lots of info.

As for the question bank it comes with the course but if you have paid for a course already

maybe you could contact CATS about it?
