70 hrs Pic CPL issue

Hi All
I am planning on doing my CPL/IR and notice that you only need 70 Hrs
PIC to start the course. But to get issued the CPL licence you need 100 Hrs PIC. If I start course with 70 hrs PIC and complete all training is there a set time to get the remaining 30 hrs ? Will the CPL test expire after a set time ?

Thanks

The answer is no to what? Did he ask a yes/no question?

If he passes CPL LST he has 1 year to build the PIC time.
