JAA IR/MEP renewal in the US

Hello all!

Can we do a IR/MEP renewal in the US?

I see that flyEASA flight school has such a course available. I was wondering if any of that should normally be done in European airspace...

Thanks

Yes IR renewal or revalidations can be done in the US, all that is needed is a JAA examiner.

It is only initial tests that must be conducted in a JAA member state.
