Aviaschool training - internationally

Hello,

I truly believe that among you guys are those who are strong in European Air Law and procedures therefore here is my specific question:

- is that acceptable by EASA/JAR if a school, lets say some Swedish pilot school, start doing a flight training in Spain (where it is possible during winter). Just for a winter season.
For northern guys it would be just a salvation - the only chance to continue during winter. While I see no problem, I know no one of northern schools who would do that. There should be definitely a reason - your ideas of what it is.

Thank you in advance!
