Talking Apostille of the Hague

Hello.

I have recently started my conversion of licences, from a SouthAfrican licence to JAA in Spain.
I have been asked by my school to certify my flying hours I did in SA and that CAA in Spain will need the Apostille of the Hague stamp to certify these hours.
Has anyone heard of such certificate? more even, anyone knows how to do it?
many thanks.

The Hague Apostille is a certificate or stamp which is attached to certain documents.

Click the link below for more info:

What is the hague conference and the convention on apostille certificates

As to where to get one done in Barcelona, I would suggest asking at a Notary.
