ATQP - trapping out, training in?

It's taken the UK (and Europe) a long time to take up the ATQP for recurrent training, and it lays to rest a training system that hasn't changed much since the Second World War.

Anyone among the 777 Nigels who've done the ATQP rides so far think the old system's better?
