Sia Cadet Pilot Indian Nationals

hi guys there is cadet pilot scheme going on for indian nationals only and i am an indian national and holding INDIAN DGCA AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEERING LICENCE........

i would like to know from persons who have already interviewed with SIA or having suggestions that what they look in there cadets and what kind of questions are asked in interview and the written paper ....and as i am aircraft engineer of AIRBUS A-320 what kind of questions they may ask from me
