A good school in Naples Florida. www.eaa-fly.com! Get a Jeppesen course and do all the study yourself before coming to save on cost. The practical exam in a multi-engine also covers IFR. You can download the Practical test Standards from the FAA web-site. www.faa.gov go to the pilot section and there is a lot of free info and study material. Good Luck!
