here some quizz I need you to answer
Which is NOT one of the Controlled Flight into Terrain (CFIT) risks associated with VFR-only pilots operating in marginal VFR/IMC conditions:
A. Failure to comply with appropriate regulations.
B. Loss of situational awareness.
C. Overconfidence in pilot's ability.
Risk Management is a decision-making process that:
A- Assesses the degree of risk.
B- Determines the best course of action.
C- Both of the above.
In the aeronautical decision making (ADM) process, what is the first step in neutralizing a hazardous attitude?
A. Recognizing hazardous thoughts.
B. Making a rational judgement.
C. Recognizing the invulnerability of the situation.
Which of the following should a flight instructor employ to be successful in shaping desired student behavior?
A- Wait for the desired behavior to occur, then reinforce it.
B- When mistakes occur, critique and correct the behavior, not the person.
C- Reinforce correct behavior sparingly at first, then increase the frequency of reinforcement.

Wow....dissagreement in the answers here. Glad I don't have to sit this stuff again....here are my two cents (and I wouldn't pay a penny more for them).
1. A (technically you would violate rule 5. at some point though...)
2. C (looks like we all agree on that one....)
3. A
4. B
Where are these questions from? Thought JAA exams had a D in them as well?

ooh err...
C C A B - How much do I win? But where do these questions come from? And what is the subject, it's obviously nothing to do with aviation. Unless of course I'm doing something dreadfully wrong and I'm hopelessly ignorant.
