Wow....dissagreement in the answers here. Glad I don't have to sit this stuff again....here are my two cents (and I wouldn't pay a penny more for them).
1. A (technically you would violate rule 5. at some point though...) 2. C (looks like we all agree on that one....) 3. A 4. B Where are these questions from? Thought JAA exams had a D in them as well? |

C A B I think (1) is marginal A or C (as are most of the others), but I reckon the fact that CFIT tends to take people by surprise shifts the answer to C. |
