Choosing your pilot career path..

Good day.

I'm currently a 3rd year college student. I would just like to ask what would be a better career path to become an airline pilot.

Does airline companies require their pilots to have a bachelor's degree? What else are the qualifications? Is it better to pursue a flying course during or after your college studies?

Hope that anyone would share their experiences in the airline industry.
