EPST at Oxford

I have heard that some EPST students are being trained at Oxford Aviation Training (OAT), does anybody know how that works.

For example, do they get a UK issued JAA licence, and what kind of fees do they pay. Do they pay EPST what EPST charge or Oxford what they normally charge. As far as I am aware, EPST are significantly cheaper than OAT.

Just wondering if anybody knows how it works.

Cheers
