JAA Ground School Europe/UK
Gentlemen,
Forgive me if this topic has been covered before,
Perhaps one of you could assist me w.r.t the following:
I am interested in converting my ICAO licence to a JAA ATPL this year, and since i dont have sufficient command time on >30T machines, I need to sit all 14 JAA exams.
My question is simply this, would I be able to attend an approved ground school on mainland Europe (Distance Learning + 2 week ground school), pass the exams in that country but then complete the flight test in the UK? Reason I ask, is that I would like to combine my flight test with my next SIM refresher (which is in the UK), but would prefer to complete the ground school phase in Europe, as it is less of a commute for me.
