Question Flying in Europe?

Hi all,

I have about 1400hrs commercial command time flying in Australia. I also have a British passport. I don't have enough time or money to do a full conversion but was wondering if I could do any flying for money in Europe without doing a full conversion? I was thinking of glider towing or para ops where in Austalia this can be done with just a PPL.

Otherwise are there any companies around that may sponser me through the ATPL,
