FAA typerating converted to JAA TR - for free??

Just read on a Danish forum - www.pilots.dk that you no longer need 500 hrs to get your FAA typerating validated by a JAA state and it can just be put on your JAA license.

Can anyone confirm this ?? If true - this will open a whole new market wit TRTO´s

At Amendment 5, JAR-FCL 1.240(a)(6) still requires a minimum of 500 hours flying experience as a pilot on the type and there is nothing in any current NPA that seeks to change that requirement.
