The Steps I Should Take...
Hi All:
Iv made up my mind and i have decided to go to Naples Air Center to do the JAA & FAA Career Pilot Course.
But as i am currently living in the UK, im not sure of the steps i should take of getting a medical, visa, insurence etc, etc, etc..
So if u have done this before, please could you tell me how you went about it.
Thanks Very Much
Jay

hey matey
I suggest you get your First class Medical done in Gatwick since that's where most people in your neck of the woods do them.
Try getting your RT license (Radio Telephony license). You'll need it to do the CPL exam. You can do it in the USA, I believe Paul Thompson is your man in that respect (he also does the practical JAA CPL EXAM!).
Your school should be able to help you with insurance but you may want to ask someone in the U.K. for advice.
