Wish to become a Commercial pilot please advise

Hello. I am a 23 year old wannabee professional pilot. My aim is to fly for B/A. Please can someone advise me in the steps which would have to be taken from being an amatuer enthusiatic pilot with 0 flying hours to becoming a commercial pilot for an airline company. Please direct me.

I feel that anything is achievable, and this is one of my aims. Your help would sincerely be appreciated.

Thankyou in advance.

Neil

Neil, get yourself in the Wannabes section (Professional Pilot Training and Interviews, Jobs and Sponsorships) and fill your boots!

All the information you'll ever need is in there.

Good luck with it all.

neilj100,

Why post this in the technical questions forum!?

Anyway, as has already been mentioned - go to the Wannabes forums for more info than you can possibly use.

I'm a 22 year old wannabe and now like to think I'm quite well-versed in this flying/airline malarky...all thanks to PPRuNe.

Regards,

B/A and zero flying hours

Anything is achievable
You could try and get just a minute or two in the air before applying...
