My m8 did his MEP with them a couple of months ago.
He didn't have any problems at all.
The instructor is as experenced as they come, and there is a CAAFU examiner on site so well worth a visit to see if you like them.

They are up and running with the IR training indeed. I'm not at that stage in the game yet myself but here's the relevant page on the website.
