FAA again
Sorry about this, but I've had a look through the archives and cannot find specifically what I'm looking for, but could someone confirm this for me.
I've sorted out the release of information with the CAA,
Now at the bottom of the FAA request form it mentions attachments, I assume these are what I take to the FSDO for verification when I arrive and I don't need to send them.
Secondly I assume I fax this form to the FAA FSDO in Oklahoma? on the following number:
(405) 951-4282.
Cheers in advance and looking for the short answer.

Just in case anyone does a search on the same subject here:
http://www2.faa.gov/avr/afs/flightin...n/n8700-15.doc is the appropriate document and the fax number is 001 405 954 4105

Hi. The attachments were, in my case, photocopies of my CAA license and medical. These are not mandatory (they check you out with the CAA anyway) but they ask for them if possible and I assume it smooths the process a bit.
I posted mine, rather than faxing - I don't think there was a fax option at the time. Even so, I felt happier sending the actual bits of paper. They arrived 3 days later (got an Email confirmation).
