There are some flight simulator add ons that provide the worldwide Jeppesen database for a very reasonable fee (less than $100).
Whilst not approved for real inflight use Jeppesen have been quoted as saying that the data 'should be the latest, but is not guaranteed to be'. You can make your own call on that but they are ideal for research and planning purposes provided you cross check them against AIP plates.
