No, there's no time limit.

There are some time restrictions relating to the theory exams & how long passes are valid for for the purpose of gaining your licence but no maximum time to complete your flight training.

From the date you pass the first of the 9 theory exams you have 18 months to pass the other 8, then a further 2 years to have your licence issued.

If you're able to make your way to Elstree, you're welcome to come for an informal chat. No hard sell, no obligation and no charge. Date and time would need to be agreed though, as I might be flying or working elsewhere.
