SID and Star for Dusseldorf

I am going to Dusseldorf next week,IFR, and my aerad's only cover Northern France.
Can I download approach plates and SID's from a site on the internet.

No; but you can order on a one-off basis direct from Aerad - a complete set of plates for one airport is about £18 if I remember correctly; en-route charts are only about £3.

Has any other pruner heard of this facility.
