Owners of the site have apparently given notice that the lease on some of the hangarage plus the control tower/fire staion area will not be renewed and this part of the airfield will have to be vacated by Feb 2022.
Fairoaks Operations Ltd, who conduct flying operations on most of the runways and taxiways, have confirmed that flying operations will continue whilst they seek alternative arrangements.
